California RenovationOur client was looking for a unique countertop to fit their tropical/beach theme. Our talented sales representative Tim was able to create this stunning piece out of resin. In this photo you can see the details in the ocean waves!
John Webb Construction and DesignThis custom IKEA kitchen remodel was designed by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room expanding the space creating a larger kitchen with eat-in island. The custom IKEA cabinet fronts and walnut cabinets were built by Dendra Doors. We created a custom exhaust hood for under $1,800 using the IKEA DATID fan insert and building a custom surround painted white with walnut trim providing a minimalistic appearance at an affordable price. The tile on the back of the island was hand painted and imported to us finishing off this quirky one of a kind kitchen.
Innovative Design Build, IncA unique take on a modern Floridian style kitchen with a punch of color. The handmade green glass tiles by Trend Group were the driving force in this remodel. We were required to keep the sink and dishwasher in their original location. But we moved the stove from the left of the refrigerator, to the newly expanded island creating an oversized workspace. The clients love to socialize and by moving the stove, allowed for conversations to not be strained when someone is cooking. Our clients originally only fit 2 bar stools at the island. But once we doubled it in size, we were able to fit 4 bar stools and centralize the conversation area in this open concept design. The Cambria Annicca countertop is the piece de resistance adding a lot of flare o the space with its purple and gold detailing, complimenting the green backsplash. ARS fabricators hit a home run with the outstanding job they did on the gorgeous waterfall sides. Besides the kitchen, we also replaced all of the flooring throughout the home.
MDB Design GroupFunction!!!! In meeting with the homeowners, this was the first thing that they asked to be addressed. The house was built in 1939 in the Bermuda style that was very much in vogue at the time. The galley kitchen was original and had never been remodeled. It was built before dishwashers, microwaves and the hoods that we take for granted today. We had to address how to incorporate these items into the space while keeping the original style. Most people ask me to help design a totally new kitchen for them. These homeowners love the Bermuda style of their house and wanted to stay true to the period and details as much as possible.
The result is a more functional kitchen that is in keeping with the original Bermuda style character of the house. We will create innovative design solutions that relates to the home owner’s vision while maintaining a balance between functionality and aesthetics.

Alpha Concrete CoatingsThis homeowner went with an amazing blue and pearl REFLECTOR floor. We were able to install this floor directly over the wood sub-floor. This floor looks amazing, is easy to clean and is very durable.
Progressive Design BuildThe renovated kitchen now includes fresh white Cambria Quartz countertops on the dual kitchen islands along with an updated backsplash of natural stone. The stunning focal point of the kitchen is a beautiful wave-like 3D panel on the front of the island illuminated with colorful LED lights. Engineered hardwood flooring in a rich tone was installed with a glue-down application that complements the architectural style of the home.
