Pineapple House Interior DesignThe terrace was an unfinished space with load-bearing columns in traffic areas. We add eight “faux” columns and beams to compliment and balance necessary existing ones. The new columns and beams hide structural necessities, and as shown with this bar, they help define different areas. This is needed so they help deliver the needed symmetry. The columns are wrapped in mitered, reclaimed wood and accented with steel collars around their crowns, thus becoming architectural elements.
Gabriela Matuchova, CKBD / HAUS 2690 DSGNThis basement has outlived its original wall paneling (see before pictures) and became more of a storage than enjoyable living space. With minimum changes to the original footprint, all walls and flooring and ceiling have been removed and replaced with light and modern finishes. LVT flooring with wood grain design in wet areas, carpet in all living spaces. Custom-built bookshelves house family pictures and TV for movie nights. Bar will surely entertain many guests for holidays and family gatherings.
Emily’s InteriorsThis renovated space included a newly designed, elaborate bar, a comfortable entertainment area, a full bathroom, and a large open children’s play area. Several wall mounted televisions, and a fully integrated surround sound system throughout the whole finished space make this a perfect spot for watching sports or catching a movie.

HOMEREDIThe sprawling basement is over 2000sf of additional living space, and is finely finished to match the quality level of this superior home. Featuring everything you have already come to expect, triple stepped molding and millwork, LED lighting, and Porcelonosa textured floor tiles and high-end full bathroom. Drury DesignAdjacent to the bar, a living room area was designed with ample amounts of seating for entertaining. Custom built-in cabinets along both sides of the television and fireplace allow for storage and display for the homeowners belongings. By using the same cabinet details and ledger stone as the neighboring bar area, a comfortable flow was created.
