L’intervento si è svolto nel luogo più sacro della cantina, la bottaia, e ha cercato di restituire un’atmosfera di mistero. Le botti sono le vere protagoniste di questo palcoscenico in cui il vino nel tempo si eleva.

Anatoly Patrick Architecture. Recycled oregon timber battens were used to clad a wine cellar and storage area at the rear of a property in McLaren Vale. The concealed door gives a seamless, minimal effect. The battens texture, warmth, and rhythm and work in harmony with the original stone building in front.

Bodega restaurada con cup o tina de vino datada del s.XV-XVI. Se ha procedido a restaurar los paños de pared de piedra y ladrillo así como los techos abovedados con viga de madera , aplicando chorro de arena, restauración de entrevigado y terminación a buena vista con revoco extendido a mano. Botellero tipo vitrina refrigerada. Zona con poca iluminación natural o nula y muy fresco.
