The kitchen features an island, and outside, a 2-car carport awaits. Convenient utility room and luxurious master suite with walk-in closet and bath. Second bedroom with its own walk-in closet. Comfort and convenience await in every corner!
Rhodes Architecture + LightMaterial expression and exterior finishes were carefully selected to reduce the apparent size of the house, last through many years, and add warmth and human scale to the home. The unique siding system is made up of different widths and depths of western red cedar, complementing the vision of the structure's wings which are balanced, not symmetrical. The exterior materials include a burn brick base, powder-coated steel, cedar, acid-washed concrete and Corten steel planters.
Kalaa Chakra InteriorsA Traditional home gets a makeover. This homeowner wanted to bring in her love of the mountains in her home. She also wanted her built-ins to express a sense of grandiose and a place to store her collection of books. So we decided to create a floor to ceiling custom bookshelves and brought in the mountain feel through the green painted cabinets and an original print of a bison from her favorite artist.
Board & VellumThe hobbit hole features a round entrance and windows framed by carefully laid, multi-colored brick. Greenery sprouting from behind the large wooden beam that outlines the form gives this feature real depth and dimension.
Urban SkiesThis penthouse apartment situated in the heart of the capitol demanded a stunning and inviting roof garden to really give the client a stunning outside space in the ultimate Urban setting. Working with the Landscaper, we helped develop this amazing covered seating pergola. The design incorporated an extruded aluminium framework with motorised aluminium louvres to give the client shade control but to give the space weather protection. We then included remote operated LED perimeter lighting within the roof along with an integrated heater.
Chirigos Designs / Design BarA butler's pantry for a cook's dream. Green custom cabinetry houses paneled appliances and storage for all the additional items. White oak floating shelves are topped with brass railings. The backsplash is a Zellige handmade tile in various tones of neutral.
Joseph Spierer Architects, Inc.A series of cantilevered gables that separate each space visually. On the left, the Primary bedroom features its own private outdoor area, with direct access to the refreshing pool. In the middle, the stone walls highlight the living room, with large sliding doors that connect to the outside. The open floor kitchen and family room are on the right, with access to the cabana.
Renovation Angel Interior Design NoosaThe perfect entry to the perfect beachside home! As soon as you arrive you are greeted with the tropical ambience of a plunge pool surrounded by cool palms and sun beds. The tiles on entry continue through the entire home creating a consistent muted colour palette throughout.

Foch Family Landscape ArchitectureThis landscape of this transitional dwelling aims to compliment the architecture while providing an outdoor space for high end living and entertainment. The outdoor kitchen, hot tub, tiered gardens, living and dining areas as well as a formal lawn provide ample space for enjoyment year round.

Gravel To Gold, Inc.We designed this sprawling landscape at our Spanish Revival style project in Rancho Santa Fe to reflect our clients' vision of a colorful planting palette to compliment the custom ceramic tile mosaics, hand made iron work, stone and tile paths and patios, and the stucco fire pit and walls. All of these features were designed and installed by Gravel To Gold, Inc.
