They add softness to the space, and so do the custom draperies lining the back wall.

Colm Joseph GardensOversize sawn limestone paving units create two distinct seating areas, nestled amongst the naturalistic planting. Limestone gravel offers offers textural interest and lower maintenance gardening. A simple bowl introduces the reflective, calming quality of water.
A unified boundary treatment of hornbeam hedge and pleached hornbeam trees give the garden improved privacy and visual harmony. Four multi-stem hornbeam trees offer sculptural form, helping to shape the space within the garden.
Ka design Inc.亡き父から受け継いだ、鶴見駅から徒歩10分程度の敷地に建つ12世帯の賃貸マンション。私道の行き止まりで敷地形状も不整形だったが、その条件を逆手に取り、静かな環境と落ち着いたデザインでワンランク上の賃料が取れるマンションを目指した。将来の賃貸需要の変化に対応できるよう、戸境壁の一部をブロック造として間取り変更がしやすい設計になっている。小さなワンルームで目先の利回りを求めるのではなく、10年、20年先を考えた賃貸マンションである。
ChanyDesignI was able to manipulate the cabinetry to fit any space, and excel in efficiency, by adding the right interior accessories in a bathroom or walk-in closet to fit the garde-robe, or wardrobe.
EDC INTERIORS INCWe opened up this kitchen by removing some upper cabinets that separated the breakfast bar/island from the dining area on one side and from the main living area on the other side. Custom cabinetry throughout added much needed storage and the glittering backsplash sparkles like the full moon on the sea. Upgraded appliances and ample counter space make this kitchen a home chef's dream.

Front Railing: Removing the 1970’s railing and going back to the original style.
Handrail: Restored to its formal glory.
Paving: Replacing the 1970’s ‘crazy paving’ with 150 year old York stone to match the rest of the street.
Front door: Removal of the non-original door and replacing it with a Victorian-style 4-panel door adorned with door knocker, central knob and letter plate.
Lighting: We fitted a solid brass Victorian lamp (replica) and period-style light bulb to give a Victorian-look as well as match the street lighting.
Windows: UPVc windows are replaced with slimlite double glazing using a special distorted glass to match the original look and charm. This gives the look of single glazing but still functions as double glazing.
Decoration: Overall we tidied up the cables, repainted the front courtyard and renovated the window sills.
