Our latest project combines a modern resort style with contemporary hard structures that deal with the sites steep topography. Incorporating the pool as part of the retaining has helped create a stunning landscape to live within. Steve Taylor

This impressive monochrome kitchen creatively combines practical kitchen features with a comfortable and stress-free atmosphere. The large space includes beautiful ornate cornicing and a ceiling rose, together with a fireplace as the central feature. The open space successfully weaves modern features like metal, timber and marble whilst maintaining the functional elements of the kitchen. The island unit is manufactured in state-of-the-art laminate to ensure a slick contemporary look that is extremely durable. The units were chosen in a stained charcoal/graphite oak to marry with the bronze and laminate and offset with Carrara marble. Photography by Richard Waite.

This cloakroom has an alcove feature with mosaics, highlighted with uplighters to create a focal point. The lighting has an led interior surround to create a soft ambient glow. The traditional oak beams and limestone floor work well together to soften the traditional feel of this space.

Salt Interiors custom joinery was featured in the August issue of House & Garden Magazine. For this project, Salt Interiors worked with Senior Interior Designer for Coco Republic, Natasha Levak to provide custom joinery for the 1930s Spanish-revival home. Levak’s vision for a neutral palette helped to determine the polyurethane paint for the renovated joinery unit Salt installed in the room.
