This exciting contemporary bedroom design is just part of Battistella Nidi’s extensive collection of modular, fitted bedroom furniture for children and teenagers from Go Modern.
Wardrobes and cupboards have been fitted around the bed space, which here contains a slightly raised bed with a pull-out bed below for those ever popular sleepovers! For extra storage, the pull-out bed also includes some really useful drawers beneath. A series of shelves (painted here in striking Limone yellow, just one of Nidi's range of bright zingy colours) has been added to the end of the wardrobe. Complete the look with a smart matching desk and swivel chair?

Christopher Maya Associates Inc.The girl’s bedroom is pretty in pink with this alan campbell wallpaper. Savannah stripe by Christopher Maya covers the headboard, available at Holland and Sherry. A juju hat over the headboard is a classic Christopher Maya touch that adds an elegant touch to any bedroom. In the girl's room, a desk and chair from Chelsea Editions adds a bit of country charm and artwork from Rifle Paper Co. adds a bit of whimsy to the room, accented over a green mid century dresser.

This home was a renovation of a traditional weekend log home into a modern full time retirement residence. This home was shy of storage, loaded with lots of wood (floors, walls and ceilings were all wood) and was dated and dull. We completely blew out the kitchen and all bathrooms and totally renovated the basement into a cozy entertainment space. The style ended up being "mountain modern" which was sensitive to the modern home style, but fresh with contemporary creature comforts and details.
Completion Interior Design & ArchitectureCHILDREN'S BEDROOM. This imposing, red brick, Victorian villa has wonderful proportions, so we had a great skeleton to work with. Formally quite a dark house, we used a bright colour scheme, introduced new lighting and installed plantation shutters throughout. The brief was for it to be beautifully stylish at the same time as being somewhere the family can relax. We also converted part of the double garage into a music studio for the teenage boys - complete with sound proofing!
