Messy craftsmanship

We bought a nice home and previous owners updated the master bath. At a glance it is beautiful with good materials. But a deeper look reveals not so great work such as messy grout and grout residue on the tile work. Is there a product that can help clean this up? Thanks

    There is a product called "haze be gone" that will take off surplus grout from tile surfaces.
