“It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Stephensen Constructions. My house was built in 1903 and very little had been done in the following century. Stage 1 of the renovation was a complete strip out of the upper level, and new build downstairs to make a two level home. Shane and his team offer a high level of personalised service, their attention to detail is first class, and the team and all contractors were always respectful, approachable and professional. Coming from a design background, I wanted to be involved in the building process. I was always consulted regarding any changes which needed to be made and Shane always responded to any questions I had. We have just completed Stage 2, which was a deck, garages and fences, and once again the process was seamless, with the same high quality finish. Shane and the team are very well organised, with quality workmanship throughout and attention to detail. The process has been extremely enjoyable and I am thrilled with the outcome of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane and the Stephensen Construction team, as my home is a testament to the high quality and finish of their work.”

“I have a house in west end which was originally a single level 3 bedroom workers cottage. The house was built in underneath 5 years ago and the upper level (original house) was left un touched and rented in its original state. For added income I decided to rent out the lower levels and moved into the upper one. I was struggling with ideas on how to get the original house (over one hundred years old) to blend in and work with the newer, more modern lower levels. I appointed Dani Louis, to initially get ideas on colour schemes, light fittings, kitchen and bathroom layouts etc. Dani, was extremely helpful and full of great ideas. The house has kept some of its original features ie VJ walls etc, but now blends in nicely, mixing old world with new. Dani has tremendous buying power and sources great deals on fittings, fixtures etc and passes on her savings for all items as part of her service, which was amazing because the savings added up to be a lot more than the fee she charged. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Dani Louis Design to anybody wanting to undertake any form of renovation or design consultation. “I've had the pleasure to use Glen as my builder on my last 2 projects. Glen skills and experience made a big difference to my final outcome . He's old school meaning he is honest , arrives early morning and works an honest day’s work , Every day! He cleans up after himself every day! . He is organised and has very good time management. He does what he says he'll do and is a very good communicator . He was open to discussion and potential changes at any time of the construction. He responds to emails , Replies to phones calls and a very nice guy. His product is very good and he's a wonderful builder ! He could be the last of his kind and he's right here in Brisbane . I would highly recommend you request a quote from this man .”

“I have had a 2 story house fitted with White PVC Plantation Shutters from Franklyn Blinds, Sales Rep and installer had a QLD Government Blue card so wife was a bit more at ease during consultation and installation as we have small children running around. Was the only company I received a quote from that could provide a written warranty, all others where only verbal”

“From remodelling our spare room, recladding the back wall of our house, removing old stairs and replacing handrails and balustrading, nothing phased Rod. He was professional, on time and his quality of finishes were fantastic. He was able to provide recommendations for complimentary trades when necessary and I would not hesitate in recommending him or his services again. The fact that no matter how many times I moved the scope of the project (including adding whole new pieces of work!) you fit us in, worked with all the other trades we had here during our simultaneous pool build and never seemed flustered!
