    The word "custom" is the key. An island like the one in the pic you've selected was built by the cabinet installer. We typically use standard cabinets, then wrap them with back and side panels (often made with door panels), create an overhang for the top and use the manufacturers legs or custom turn them. Where are you located? If you are in the DC/ Baltimore area, I can help hook you up with a good installer. Best thing is to email me.
