After admiring Regan’s work at a friend’s house, we knew we needed her help when we bought our first home. She nailed our aspirations for a modern but warm and eclectic space, nudging us outside our comfort zone to create a unique home that totally feels like us. Regan, Lexy and Ali were delightful to work with, and they poured their hearts into making our house a home. The joy I felt when I came home after the install was such a treat and we’re so happy with the results!

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Regan and her team. The only aspect of our experience that could have been improved is the project management component, but it was quite a large project to wrangle. Regan and her team have great taste and really captured our personal style in a much more fashionable and professional way than my wife and I could have ever pulled off. Our home feels very much like us and is beautiful. We love spending time in all the different zones that Regan helped us create and find our home to be very calming, comforting, and elegant, which is exactly what we were going for. We would definitely work with Regan again.

Regan and her team helped us with a major remodel of our dining/kitchen/ living areas. We couldn't be happier with her work. She listened carefully to our ideas and really got a sense of our goals and style. She challenged us to think about design elements we hadn't considered but that worked wonderfully in our space. Throughout the project, she and her team were proactive in anticipating details that needed to be attended to. We're delighted with the new space.

From our previous experience with remodeling our kitchen, my husband and I realized that we would need to enlist the experience of an interior architect and designer to help renovate our lower level. We live in a 1949 starter home in San Francisco and we love our neighborhood, so moving was not an option for us. After the birth of our second child, my husband and I decided we needed to renovate our lower level into a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and create a new family room. Since space is an ongoing issue in our home, creating more storage space was also a priority to us. Regan and her team of talented designers came up with floor plan options, fixture options, furniture options, and everything else you would probably forget during the daunting process of home renovation. RBD also managed our project impeccably from the beginning to end. They scheduled contractors during the bid process, ordered fixtures and furniture according to lead times, and kept us on budget. Regan also has a natural ability to zone in on everyone's personal style. Not only did she find interior choices that reflected our taste but she brought new ideas to the table. As a result, RBD created a private, peaceful master bedroom with a beautiful built-in dresser located under the staircase. Our en suite bathroom has a luxuriously large shower stall, beautiful tiling and an amazing vanity with counter space and storage. The new family room is no longer the cavernous space it used to be. It is now bright, comfortable, and features an entertainment center, an office space that tucks away neatly behind custom cabinetry, plenty of storage, and special display shelves for my collection of Japanese kokeshi dolls. The RBD team made our renovation experience run seamlessly, and we couldn't have done it without her guidance. Her team is professional, communicative, and absolutely fun to work with. We definitely intend to use Regan for future home projects!

Regan Baker Design was the perfect fit for our project. We had just moved into a new house with three kids under the age of four and they helped us make it our own. It was a pretty extensive project that included painting, wallpaper, furniture, lighting, custom pieces, art, and styling. The project lasted about a year start to finish. They let me be as involved as I wanted, were super organized, and easy to get in touch with. We ended up with exactly what we wanted: a house that's beautiful, comfortable, and practical for a young family. Last but not least, they're just lovely people!

Regan and her team are so so great to work with! They really listened to the aesthetic we were going for and delivered on it. Everyone on the team was also a delight to work with which makes the process that much better. I also loved that their ideas were things that I hadn't seen again and again.

We hired Regan Baker Design halfway through our complete remodel project, when we were really struggling to make decisions...on everything. The team approached the challenging space and project with confidence, and quickly understood our tastes and style to develop a holistic plan for the space.. The team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were easy to communicate with (in-person, phone, email), were clear and concise with action items and deliverables the entire way, worked well with our contractors, and were quick to come up with creative solutions to any issues that popped up. We can't thank the team enough, they literally saved the project and the space is beautiful! We are going to miss working with the team, and look forward to working with them in the future!

Regan Baker Design is stylish, decisive and detail oriented. We asked RBD to come into our remodel midstream to design and style our three bedroom home in San Francisco. Regan and her team hit the ground running adding wood paneling to tie the kitchen and living spaces together visually. They helped us chose everything from lighting and tiles, to sofas and bedding and much more. Regan coordinated with our contractor and a woodworker to design and install a built-in window seat sofa that is the cozy heart of our living space. Her architecture and design background allows her to communicate effectively with all of the contractors on the project. I was surprised at how dedicated she is to getting things just right, a perfectionism I lack but which benefited our project greatly. She met repeatedly with the kitchen cabinet designer to make sure everything would look right. The cabinet layout was revised repeatedly also. For us the design process involved initial meetings to discuss our ideas for the function and feel of different rooms in the house. Then we communicated visual ideas largely through Pinterest boards accepting or rejecting a myriad of ideas supplied by Regan her design team. I would always look forward to seeing what new ideas they had. Regan was able to expand our furniture vocabulary well beyond IKEA as we hoped. Her taste is better than mine, as it should be, but it was hard to stay on a budget with so many elegant choices. In the end, we have a house that is a functional, kid friendly space that also photographs well! Thank you, RBD.

We hired Regan Baker Design to help us furnish our new home. Designers have a reputation for being “creative types” and not necessarily easy to communicate with. This meant that we were immediately impressed by Regan's responsiveness and focus on service. Design, for her and her employees, is about the process and not just the outcome. We are thrilled with the comfortable and inviting space the team helped create and we had so much fun along the way!

Their creativity was extraordinary work ethic unmatched. They are an extremely talented group of wonderful people who put their clients first.
