We are 7 months into a kitchen installation and numerous missing pieces, panel sizing issues, colour matching being too difficult to correct so far, multiple visits by Kitchen Architecture (UK) and a further two months or more for corrections to be dispatched. Not as efficient as they would like to suggest they are with a real issue around quality control. As the client, I feel Bulthaup simply see this project as ‘revenue in the bag and the client now can just wait’. Beautiful marketing, poor experience.
