Did a basement remodel with Neal's and couldn't be happier. From the initial meeting to the completion of the project everything was very easy and transparent. Laura did a fantastic job with the design and came up with a great concept that exceeded our expectations. The project management and craftsmanship was second to none. The project remained pretty much on schedule and when there was a little delay they worked overtime to get the job done. Josh and Carl did an outstanding job covering every detail in a very intricate design. They also did a great job of respecting our family's space by leaving the space in good order when they were finished for the day and minimizing the mess the rest of the house by sealing off the basement. We received an updated schedule every Thursday so that we knew exactly who was going to be in our house and what was being done each day. I would use Neal's again without hesitation, the quality of the work cannot be matched.

If you are going to add an addition or just freshen up you outdoor space, don’t bother getting multiple bids. We added over 1000 sq ft to our Hyde Park home and I keep trying to find that one thing I wish we had done or hadn’t done; we can’t find anything we would change! The process was smooth and professional. Chuck was our project manager and was the best. We always knew Neils would take care of us each day of our project All the trades were respectful and really became like family over our eight month project that finished within 2 weeks of the projected completion date! We LOVE Mike Hendy and all the supervisors that made our dream a reality!! The old adage you get what you pay for is so true. We have a beautiful new kitchen great room master bath walk-in closet and laundry room! They did not miss anything. They were recommended to us and we would be so happy to recommend them to friend family and neighbors! Thanks Mike, Chuck Cindy and Bob!!

We just completed our second remodeling project using Neal's Design Remodel. They remodeled our kitchen in 2015 and our master bath in 2018. Both jobs were done with professionalism, with very high quality design and construction, and within schedule and budget agreements. In fact, after our 2015 kitchen remodeling, our neighbors thought so highly of the quality of Neal's work that they scheduled remodeling efforts of their baths and kitchen using Neal's. One area that many of our friends and visitors commented about was the job site cleanliness that is a hallmark of Neal's work. That was definitely appreciated by my wife and I during the construction process. Neal's personnel and their subcontractors were always looking to make the remodeling effort meet our expectations. As a retired engineer, I particularly appreciated Neal's effort to keep me informed of the schedule and budget. Weekly schedules were updated and sent via e-mail and all budget payments and change orders were clearly outlined and scheduled. Would I use Neal's again? Definitely yes. In fact we are now looking into doing some smaller, odds and ends improvements in the near future.

My husband and I just completed a six month whole house renovation using Neal's Design Remodel. Neal’s was very easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about them. From our first meeting with Design Consultant Frank Kuhlmeier to the design details handled by our Lead Designer Connie Hampton to the day to day handling of the project by our Project Manager Drew Schroeder, we couldn’t have been in better hands. Neal’s handled all aspects of our renovation with great attention to detail. We increased the scope of work as the project progressed and Neal’s handled it with ease. They provided weekly updates and were available for questions or concerns throughout the project. They always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. In the end we ended up with a beautiful renovation. The quality of materials and workmanship is fantastic. Everyone who worked on our project did an excellent job. Overall Neal's was great to work with and provided an excellent result. The result of this project exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Neal’s.

Neal's recently remodeled our kitchen, living room and dining room to give us the home of our dreams! After meeting with several design remodel companies, Neal's was the only team to envision what we wanted. Neal's was very professional, met deadlines, and provided quality craftsmanship. Their cohesive team took care of every aspect of the remodel taking the pressure off of us as homeowners. Our hats off to our project manager, Rod, who was attentive to detail, easily available and on site, and who was on top of every aspect of the remodel from beginning to end. Thank you Neal's!!!!

We had our kitchen remodeled. We checked out several companies but were very impressed with Neals. Appreciated the preconstruction meeting. They also always sent weekly updates. I knew who was coming and how long it would take them. If I had any questions, I could always contact them because they all gave us their contact information. I appreciated their professionalism and their personal touch.

Neal's Design and Remodel exceeded my expectations at every phase of the project. They really listened to my vision and turned it into a workable design that absolutely thrilled me. From the project manager, to the designer, to every single contractor that entered my home, we were treated respectfully, everyone was on time and we were kept up to date on every aspect of the job. II will never do another home project with any other company.

From our initial phone call through the final touch ups, our experience with Neal's Design has been nothing less than excellent. We combined two bedrooms to make a master suite, enlarged and remodeled one bath, remodeled two other baths, took out walls, totally remodeled our kitchen and replaced all flooring. The design team took the time to get to know my style and did a fabulous job guiding me through the process of what seemed like a million decisions. When the work actually started, every tradesman was courteous, professional, and highly qualified. The attention to detail was particularly evident in the tile work. All dates were communicated to me in a weekly schedule and deadlines were met. We lived in our home during a complete renovation and all tradesmen were particularly attentive to having the site clean and safe when they left, which often caused them to put in additional time. Phone calls were returned promptly and questions researched and answered in a timely manner. When decisions had to be made along the way, I was given a list of pros and cons which were backed up by experience and hands on knowledge to assist in the process. I could not be happier with my "new: home.
