Sklar StudiosWhen yearning for a wee bit of sunshine, this couple ventures over from the East Coast to soak it all up in their La Jolla condo. Trying this city on for size, this project was an experiment in going a bit outside the client's comfort zone, as they wanted something more modern in style than what they are accustomed to while keeping with the neutral and timeless colors they are so fond of.
MK WorkshopThe TV den off the main Living Area (which can double as a guest room when needed) was all about cozy comfort and warm soft finishes.
Most of the floor is covered by a custom thick silver colored silk shag rug from our rug collection - the vintage space age chair with ottoman was restored and covered in a super plush mohair velvet - the custom parsons style side tables are covered in linen - the walls are covered in a sand colored grasscloth
Mountain + Beach Interiors - Schonewill Int'lThis guest room was converted to a Den for Yoga, meditation and reading for the adults in the house. The dog prefers this sheep skin rug but is also kept to the other parts of the home. It has a two sided fireplace and task lighting along with a cozy sectional with cozy pillows Midcentury fabric - foot stools- wire oval end table--oval wood and steel pull up sofa table.
Landmark architectureIntégralement ré-habillée, cette maison de Seine-et-Marne a été repensée pour abolir la séparation de l’intérieur et de l’extérieur. Elle offre ainsi, à la manière tropicale, des espaces prolongeant les pièces de vie par de petits préaux qui suivent la course du soleil.
Sélectionnés et adaptés aux volumes intérieurs, les couleurs et les matériaux – bois de bardage, parquet teint brossé, grand carreaux de carrelage avec motifs – composent une harmonie à la fois sobre, raffinée et confortable.

PAMPLEMHOUSECette très grande pièce de vie est divisée en plusieurs espaces : un grand salon de réception ouvert par de larges baies vitrées sur le jardin, une salle à manger avec un plafond cathédrale, un coin feu, une salle de jeux/bar, et en mezzanine, une grande bibliothèque et un bureau. La télévision est dissimulée dans un meuble et montée sur une ascenseur.
