Completion Interior Design & ArchitectureMUSIC STUDIO. This imposing, red brick, Victorian villa has wonderful proportions, so we had a great skeleton to work with. Formally quite a dark house, we used a bright colour scheme, introduced new lighting and installed plantation shutters throughout. The brief was for it to be beautifully stylish at the same time as being somewhere the family can relax. We also converted part of the double garage into a music studio for the teenage boys - complete with sound proofing!
Imperfect InteriorsWe laid oak herringbone parquet in the games room of this Isle of Wight holiday home, a new fireplace, an antique piano & games table, and added bespoke Roman blinds as well as a built in bay window seat
TEW Design StudioIn this project we transformed a traditional style house into a modern, funky, and colorful home. By using different colors and patterns, mixing textures, and using unique design elements, these spaces portray a fun family lifestyle.

Nearly Natural, Inc.This contemporary piano room features guest seating, the Zeal Daybed from Innovation USA, and a rustic shelving storage unit from Arhaus for sheet music. The Edison bulb chandelier and sconce light fixtures from the Melno Park Collection by ArtCraft complement the mid-century, arts and crafts style room perfectly. Featured in this gallery is the 17.5" purple Phalaenopsis Elegance Arrangement. Innovatus DesignBefore we were hired, this basement space was empty and not utilized. Our clients desired an area that felt grown up and they desperately wanted to claim their space. We created a fun hang out space where they could enjoy music, warm up with a new fireplace, and have a drink while the kids were sleeping or catching a movie upstairs.
Dion Seminara ArchitectureThe proposal included an extension to the rear of the home and a period renovation of the classic heritage architecture of the existing home. The features of Glentworth were retained, it being a heritage home being a wonderful representation of a classic early 1880s Queensland timber colonial residence.
The site has a two street frontage which allowed showcasing the period renovation of the outstanding historical architectural character at one street frontage (which accords with the adjacent historic Rosalie townscape) – as well as a stunning contemporary architectural design viewed from the other street frontage.
The majority of changes were made to the rear of the house, which cannot be seen from the Rosalie Central Business Area.
