12/12 Architects & PlannersThis 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well. Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout. The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. The back stair is continuous from the basement to the finished 3rd floor / attic recreation room.
The interior is finished with the finest materials and detailing, with crown molding, coffered, tray and barrel vault ceilings, chair rail, arched openings, rounded corners, built-in niches and coves, wide halls, and 12' first floor ceilings with 10' second floor ceilings.
It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a wooded neighborhood, surrounded by old growth trees. The homeowners, who hail from Texas, believe that bigger is better, and this house was built to match their dreams. The brick - with stone and cast concrete accent elements - runs the full 3-stories of the home, on all sides. A paver driveway and covered patio are included, along with paver retaining wall carved into the hill, creating a secluded back yard play space for their young children.

John Webb Construction and DesignThis portion of the remodel was designed by removing updating the laundry closet, installing IKEA cabinets with custom IKEA fronts by Dendra Doors, maple butcher block countertop, front load washer and dryer, and painting the existing closet doors to freshen up the look of the space.
Melissa Sakell, CKBDThis newly completed custom home project was all about clean lines, symmetry and to keep the home feeling sleek and contemporary but warm and welcoming at the same time. In the Laundry Room we used a durable, easy to clean, textured laminate finish on the cabinetry. The darker finish really creates some drama to the space and the aluminum edge banding and integrated hardware add an unexpected touch. Caesarstone Pure White Quartz tops were used to keep the room light and bright.

Mauk Cabinets by DesignThis is easily our most stunning job to-date. If you didn't have the chance to walk through this masterpiece in-person at the 2016 Dayton Homearama Touring Edition, these pictures are the next best thing. We supplied and installed all of the cabinetry for this stunning home built by G.A. White Homes. We will be featuring more work in the upcoming weeks, so check back in for more amazing photos!

Lindsey MarkelFor this mudroom remodel the homeowners came in to Dillman & Upton frustrated with their current, small and very tight, laundry room. They were in need of more space and functional storage and asked if I could help them out.
Once at the job site I found that adjacent to the the current laundry room was an inefficient walk in closet. After discussing their options we decided to remove the wall between the two rooms and create a full mudroom with ample storage and plenty of room to comfortably manage the laundry.

Emily Roose InteriorsA large laundry room that is combined with a craft space designed to inspire young minds and to make laundry time fun with the vibrant teal glass tiles. Lots of counterspace for sorting and folding laundry and a deep sink that is great for hand washing. Ample cabinet space for all the laundry supplies and for all of the arts and craft supplies. On the floor is a wood looking porcelain tile that is used throughout most of the home.
