Morrone InteriorsThis stunning living room was our clients new favorite part of their house. The orange accents pop when set to the various shades of gray. This room features a gray sectional couch, stacked ledger stone fireplace, floating shelving, floating cabinets with recessed lighting, mounted TV, and orange artwork to tie it all together. Warm and cozy. Time to curl up on the couch with your favorite movie and glass of wine!
MA Peterson Design Build, Inc.Upon entering the great room, the view of the beautiful Minnehaha Creek can be seen in the banks of picture windows. The former great room was traditional and set with dark wood that our homeowners hoped to lighten. We softened everything by taking the existing fireplace out and creating a transitional great stone wall for both the modern simplistic fireplace and the TV. Two seamless bookcases were designed to blend in with all the woodwork on either end of the fireplace and give flexibly to display special and meaningful pieces from our homeowners’ travels. The transitional refreshment of colors and vibe in this room was finished with a bronze Markos flush mount light fixture.

Mia Rao DesignThe family room / TV room is cozy with full wall built-in with storage. The back of the shelving has wallcovering to create depth, texture and interest.
Labra Design BuildThis custom built-in entertainment center features white shaker cabinetry accented by white oak shelves with integrated lighting and brass hardware. The electronics are contained in the lower door cabinets with select items like the wifi router out on the countertop on the left side and a Sonos sound bar in the center under the TV. The TV is mounted on the back panel and wires are in a chase down to the lower cabinet. The side fillers go down to the floor to give the wall baseboards a clean surface to end against.
Usable Space Interiors, LLCThis homeowner desired the family room (adjacent to the kitchen) to be the casual space to kick back and relax in, while still embellished enough to look stylish.
By selecting mixed textures of leather, linen, distressed woods, and metals, USI was able to create this rustic, yet, inviting space.
Flanking the fireplace with floating shelves and modified built ins, adding a ceiling beams, and a new mantle really transformed this once traditional space to something much more casual and tuscan.
Cullen WainscottWas previously a red brick wood burning fireplace with a matching hearth. We refaced with MDF, Marble subway tile, Spectacular leather finished granite. The gas insert is a Kozy Heat Chaska 34, and the T.V. is a 4K Vizio. The flooring is BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Select Brazilian Chestnut.
TOULEMONDE BOCHARTFlorence Bourel poursuit son tour du monde des motifs traditionnels et restitue dans ce tapis Osaka la rigueur et la richesse des motifs japonais, dans ses recherches graphiques comme dans son traitement des valeurs de l’indigo. Tufté à la main en laine de Nouvelle Zélande et soie végétale pour lui donner quelques éclats brillants, ce tapis joue d’une large palette de textures, en juxtaposant des effets de boucles et de velours rasé.

Pamela Harvey InteriorsOur St. Pete studio designed this stunning home in a Greek Mediterranean style to create the best of Florida waterfront living. We started with a neutral palette and added pops of bright blue to recreate the hues of the ocean in the interiors. Every room is carefully curated to ensure a smooth flow and feel, including the luxurious bathroom, which evokes a calm, soothing vibe. All the bedrooms are decorated to ensure they blend well with the rest of the home's decor. The large outdoor pool is another beautiful highlight which immediately puts one in a relaxing holiday mood!

Pineapple House Interior DesignA built-in bookcase on the right and a linear storage unit on the left were custom-designed for the niches flanking fireplace. The fireplace surround is accented with taupe woven, fabric-like wall covering. Acoustics from exposed hardwood floors are managed via upholstered furniture & window treatments.
