Cure Design GroupBeing the second home we have designed for this family, The challenge was creating spaces that were functional for this active family!. With the help of Jim Bulejski Architects, we completely gutted/renovated the first floor. Adding onto the original back of the house creating the new kitchen space any chef would want to create in. Renovated the original/existing "kitchen" to be an eat-in and side extension to the kitchen and coffee bar area.
We added a working laundry room for the kids to dump backpacks and sports gear and a refuge for her 5 dogs, a fresh den/seating area for the mom and dad, and last but not least, updated the old Living Room to create a cozy space for the kids and adults to retreat to! Using cool grays, navy, white and gold accents, these spaces are as gorgeous as they are comfortable.
Rudloff Custom BuildersThis inviting family room was part of the addition to the home. The focal point of the room is the custom-made white built-ins. Accented with a blue back, the built-ins provide storage and perfectly frame the fireplace and mounted television. The fireplace has a white shaker-style surround and mantle and honed black slate floor. The rest of the flooring in the room is red oak with mahogany inlays. The French doors lead outside to the patio.
What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. Another central feature of this is home is all the built-in storage. We used or created every nook for seating and storage throughout the house, as you can see in the family room, dining area, staircase landing, bedroom and bathrooms. Custom wainscoting and trim are everywhere you look, and gives a clean, polished look to this warm house.

JWH Design and Cabinetry LLCThis Family Room is designed for quality family time with plenty of function. A full wall of JWH Custom Cabinetry created balance and symmetry around the existing fireplace. The storage and display cabinets, wall panels, and built-in desk transformed this space.

Alison Giese InteriorsA circa-1970's paneled room was transformed with new sheetrock, trim moulding, and built in bookshelves all painted in high gloss blue paint. Two additional windows were installed to bring in much-needed light. A mix of furniture style adds eclectic personality to the space.

J. Stephens InteriorsA large family room that was completely redesigned into a cozy space using a variety or millwork options, colors and textures. To create a sense of warmth to an existing family room we added a wall of paneling executed in a green strie and a new waxed pine mantel. We also added a central chandelier in brass which helps to bring the scale of the room down . The mirror over the fireplace has a gilt finish combined with a brown and crystal edge. The more modern wing chairs are covered in a brown crocodile embossed leather
