LiLu InteriorsFaced with a new construction project for this growing family of six, LiLu Interiors combined new home amenities with old world character to bring about efficient charm. The result is a fabulously functional redesign of the kitchen with adjoining mudroom and kids’ powder room that support their on-the-go lifestyle. The new master bath upstairs provides a tranquil getaway for mom and dad to unwind after a hectic day.
Project designed by Minneapolis interior design studio LiLu Interiors. They serve the Minneapolis-St. Paul area including Wayzata, Edina, and Rochester, and they travel to the far-flung destinations that their upscale clientele own second homes in.

The Home Co.Down-to-studs renovation that included floor plan modifications, kitchen renovation, bathroom renovations, creation of a primary bed/bath suite, fireplace cosmetic improvements, lighting/flooring/paint throughout. Exterior improvements included cedar siding, paint, landscaping, handrail.
Nicole Arnold InteriorsAfter a furnishing project in 2016, this family had us do a complete refresh on their traditional home in the Willow Bend Neighborhood of Plano, TX. With fresh paint and wallpaper, refinished wood floors, updated tile in the kitchen and baths, and modern appliances this home was totally transformed. The kitchen is the showstopper here with totally new upper cabinets, an updated back-splash and countertops, and all new (and reconfigured) appliances. From the herringbone brick floor in the laundry room to the mix of modern and traditional elements in the powder room, we just love the updates (and so do our amazing clients)!
