Spaces RenewedFarmhouse inspired laundry room, made complete with a gorgeous, pattern cement floor tile!
Closet Organizing SystemsThis mudroom is finished in grey melamine with shaker raised panel door fronts and butcher block counter tops. Bead board backing was used on the wall where coats hang to protect the wall and providing a more built-in look.
Bench seating is flanked with large storage drawers and both open and closed upper cabinetry. Above the washer and dryer there is ample space for sorting and folding clothes along with a hanging rod above the sink for drying out hanging items.

Photo tile mural (from The Tile Mural Store www.tilemuralstore.com ) behind the sink was used to evoke nature and waterfowl on the nearby Chesapeake Bay, as well as an entry focal point of interest for the room.

J.P. Hoffman Design BuildThe layout of this laundry room did not change, functionality did. Inspired by the unique square 9×9 tile seen on the floor, we designed the space to reflect this tile – a modern twist on old-European elegance. Paired with loads of cabinets, a laundry room sink and custom wood top, we created a fun and beautiful space to do laundry for a family of five!
Note the the appliance hookups are hidden. To keep a seamless look, our carpentry team custom built the folding table shelf. There is a removable board at the back of the wood countertop that can be removed if the hookups need to be accessed.
Jamie Banfield Interior DesignsThe true farmhouse kitchen. Mixing bold traditional colours, natural elements, shiplap and wooden beamed ceiling details, all make for the perfectly crafted farmhouse. Layering in a traditional farm house sink, and an industrial inspired metal hood fan adds charm and a curated feel to this traditional space. No compromise spared with storage, function or innovation.
In the DeetsFarmhouse style laundry room featuring navy patterned Cement Tile flooring, custom white overlay cabinets, brass cabinet hardware, farmhouse sink, and wall mounted faucet.
Jennifer Ryan DesignThis house got a complete facelift! All trim and doors were painted white, floors refinished in a new color, opening to the kitchen became larger to create a more cohesive floor plan. The dining room became a "dreamy" Butlers Pantry and the kitchen was completely re-configured to include a 48" range and paneled appliances. Notice that there are no switches or outlets in the backsplashes. Mud room, laundry room re-imagined and the basement ballroom completely redone. Make sure to look at the before pictures!
Miyuki Yamaguchi Design StudioPatterned floor tiles, turquoise/teal Shaker style cabinetry, penny round mosaic backsplash tiles and farmhouse sink complete this laundry room to be where you want to be all day long!?!
Everything HomeOur studio reconfigured our client’s space to enhance its functionality. We moved a small laundry room upstairs, using part of a large loft area, creating a spacious new room with soft blue cabinets and patterned tiles. We also added a stylish guest bathroom with blue cabinets and antique gold fittings, still allowing for a large lounging area. Downstairs, we used the space from the relocated laundry room to open up the mudroom and add a cheerful dog wash area, conveniently close to the back door.
