Vignette InteriorsEdwardian living room transformed into a statement room. A deep blue colour was used from skirting to ceiling to create a dramatic, cocooning feel. The bespoke fireplace adds to the modern period look.
DecorbuddiWe chose a beautiful inky blue for this London Living room to feel fresh in the daytime when the sun streams in and cozy in the evening when it would otherwise feel quite cold. The colour also complements the original fireplace tiles.
We took the colour across the walls and woodwork, including the alcoves, and skirting boards, to create a perfect seamless finish. Balanced by the white floor, shutters and lampshade there is just enough light to keep it uplifting and atmospheric.
The final additions were a complementary green velvet sofa, luxurious touches of gold and brass and a glass table and mirror to make the room sparkle by bouncing the light from the metallic finishes across the glass and onto the mirror

Garrett InteriorsThis project was a one room makeover challenge where the sofa and recliner were existing in the space already and we had to configure and work around the existing furniture. For the design of this space I wanted for the space to feel colorful and modern while still being able to maintain a level of comfort and welcomeness.
Aubrey CostelloSalvaged barn wood was transformed into these rustic double sliding barn doors that separate the transition into the master suite.

Nistenhaus Design LLCTo accompany the exposed brick, an industrial feel was achieved with elements like the iron/wood furniture & bar top, original iron fireplace covering, and open metal shelving. The dark gray mantel treatment and navy leather wing-back chair add a richness while the lighter contemporary rug and curtains brighten up to the space.
