UnilockThese homeowners faced a significant challenge when designing the patio of their dreams. The yard sloped into a forest backing onto their home. This was resolved by building several steps that lead to a beautiful sunken patio with a surrounding U-Cara retaining wall that showcases their lush gardens. They chose to also add a U-Cara firepit as the focal point, so their family can relax in a cozy setting.
Jordan Design-Build GroupOur renovation of a 1930's bungalow focused on opening up the kitchen/dining/living areas to improve flow and connectivity between the spaces. The rustic reclaimed beams help delineate the spaces visually and add texture and warmth. The original white oak floors were refinished with a custom stain to evoke the wood’s natural raw state. We brought color into the space with the ‘blue spruce’ base cabinets and a custom reclaimed island top. The Calacatta gold quartz countertops, hexagon backsplash, and white upper cabinets keep the space feeling light and bright.

Pineapple House Interior DesignHis-and-her zones in the master bath hold separate water closets and light-stained oak vanities with louvered drawer fronts, giving a coastal nod and balancing the more formal, modern elements. In the no-threshold shower, the knee wall supports a floating bench and two toiletry niches for supplies.
Pineapple House Interior DesignEntering the single-story home, a custom double front door leads into a foyer with a 14’ tall, vaulted ceiling design imagined with stained planks and slats. The foyer floor design contrasts white dolomite slabs with the warm-toned wood floors that run throughout the rest of the home. Both the dolomite and engineered wood were selected for their durability, water resistance, and most importantly, ability to withstand the south Florida humidity. With many elements of the home leaning modern, like the white walls and high ceilings, mixing in warm wood tones ensures that the space still feels inviting and comfortable.
Pineapple House Interior DesignThe glass entry in this new construction allows views from the front steps, through the house, to a waterfall feature in the back yard. Wood on walls, floors & ceilings (beams, doors, insets, etc.,) warms the cool, hard feel of steel/glass.
LSDesignThis ensuite girl’s bathroom doubles as a family room guest bath. Our focus was to create an environment that was somewhat feminine but yet very neutral. The unlacquered brass finishes combined with lava rock flooring and neutral color palette creates a durable yet elegant atmosphere to this compromise.
Sea Pointe Design & RemodelThis master bathroom remodel has a spacious layout with a walk-in shower next to the freestanding tub. This space also showcases cool design with a tub shadow made of pebble stone to match the shower flooring.
