Regan Baker Design Inc.
With tech careers to keep first-time home buyers busy Regan Baker Design Inc. was hired to update a standard two-bedroom loft into a warm and unique space with storage for days. The kitchen boasts a nine-foot aluminum rolling ladder to access those hard-to-reach places, and a farm sink is paired with a herringbone backsplash for a nice spin on the standard white kitchen. In the living room RBD warmed up the space with 17 foot dip-dyed draperies, running floor to ceiling.

This galley style kitchen makes maximum use of the limited space available. The white cabinetry, backsplash and counters give the room an illusion of space, while the dark floor adds the perfect amount of contrast and sophistication. Two bar stools are ingeniously incorporated against a counter overlooking the kitchen.

Slate Gray painted alder cabinets mixed with those fashioned from distressed oak keep the kitchen "piecy", as if renovated over time. We varied the styles and materials to provide an historic interest. Open shelves in reclaimed oak and antique iron brackets allow for casual and "at your fingertips" storage. The Red Shutters - Marina Case
This Clean Cape Cod Kitchen with custom hood and bead board ceilings is very popular with our followers. Local stone with sandy tones was used for the backsplash and counter tops. The glass cabinets highlight the stove to create a focal point. A vintage Irish tea set adds a touch of the homeowners heritage to add character and warmth.

This Award-winning kitchen proves vintage doesn't have to look old and tired. This previously dark kitchen was updated with white, gold, and wood in the historic district of Monte Vista. The challenge is making a new kitchen look and feel like it belongs in a charming older home. The highlight and starting point is the original hex tile flooring in white and gold. It was in excellent condition and merely needed a good cleaning. The addition of white calacatta marble, white subway tile, walnut wood counters, brass and gold accents keep the charm intact. Cabinet panels mimic original door panels found in other areas of the home. Custom coffee storage is a modern bonus! Sub-Zero Refrig, Rohl sink, brass woven wire grill.
