Annie Santulli DesignsThis oceanside contemporary condominium is a sophisticated space that evokes relaxation. Using the bright blue and easy feel of the ocean as both an inspiration and a backdrop, soft rich fabrics in beach tones were used to maintain the peacefulness of the coastal surroundings. With soft hues of blue and simple lush design elements, this living space is a wonderful blend of coastal calmness and contemporary style. Textured wall papers were used to enrich bathrooms with no ocean view to create continuity of the stunning natural setting of the Palm Beach oceanfront.

Pineapple House Interior DesignWe helped build this retreat in an exclusive Florida country club that is focused on golfing and socializing. At the home’s core is the living room. Its entire wall of glass panels stack back, which creates a full integration of the home with the outdoors. The home’s veranda makes the indoor/outdoor transition seamless. It features a bar and illuminated amethyst display, and shares the same shell stone floor that is used throughout the interiors. We placed retractable screens in its exterior headers, which keeps fresh air, not insects, circulating when needed.
