Kalaa Chakra InteriorsA Traditional home gets a makeover. This homeowner wanted to bring in her love of the mountains in her home. She also wanted her built-ins to express a sense of grandiose and a place to store her collection of books. So we decided to create a floor to ceiling custom bookshelves and brought in the mountain feel through the green painted cabinets and an original print of a bison from her favorite artist.

They had felt previously that they had purchased pieces that they weren’t exactly what they were looking for once they had arrived. Finding themselves making expensive mistakes and replacing items over time. They wanted to nail the process first time around on their Victorian Property which they had recently moved to.
During our extensive discovery and design process, we took the time to get to know our Clients taste’s and what they were looking to achieve. After showing them some initial timeless ideas, they were really pleased with the initial proposal. We introduced our Client’s desired look and feel, whilst really considering pieces that really started to make the house feel like home which are also based on their interests.
The handover to our Client was a great success and was really well received. They have requested us to help out with another space within their home as a total surprise, we are really honoured and looking forward to starting!
UserDown a private lane and sited on an oak studded lot, this charming Kott home has been transformed with contemporary finishes and clean line design. Kraft Custom ConstructionBuilt from the ground up on 80 acres outside Dallas, Oregon, this new modern ranch house is a balanced blend of natural and industrial elements. The custom home beautifully combines various materials, unique lines and angles, and attractive finishes throughout. The property owners wanted to create a living space with a strong indoor-outdoor connection. We integrated built-in sky lights, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings to attract ample, natural lighting. The master bathroom is spacious and features an open shower room with soaking tub and natural pebble tiling. There is custom-built cabinetry throughout the home, including extensive closet space, library shelving, and floating side tables in the master bedroom. The home flows easily from one room to the next and features a covered walkway between the garage and house. One of our favorite features in the home is the two-sided fireplace – one side facing the living room and the other facing the outdoor space. In addition to the fireplace, the homeowners can enjoy an outdoor living space including a seating area, in-ground fire pit and soaking tub.
