Houzz Inc, the leading home remodeling and design platform, today introduced new 3D Floor Plan bathroom features within Houzz Pro, the all-in-one business management and marketing software for residential construction and design professionals. Pros can now choose from an even wider selection of bathroom products, such as vanities, showers, sinks and bathtubs to include in their 3D Floor Plans. Using the tool, they can further customize the design by changing the product size, colors and finishes, as well as hardware finishes, and by selecting tile from the Houzz Shop to place on standard walls, shower walls and shower floors. The new features empower pros to quickly and easily communicate their vision for a bathroom project to current or prospective clients through 2D floor plans and 3D models.

The Houzz Pro 3D Floor Planner tool lets pros demonstrate to clients the value of making significant changes to a bathroom, such as upgrading a vanity, moving plumbing or expanding the shower. Pros can also customize bathroom designs to fit clients' tastes, selecting wall paint colors from Sherwin-Williams and others.

Pros can bring 3D floor plans to life in dollhouse and walkthrough views or present a life-sized augmented reality tour in the actual space using the mobile app.

The enhanced 3D Floor Planner tools are available to all Houzz Pro subscribers in the U.S. and Canada, making it easy for pros to create accurate 3D floor plans for bathroom projects and other rooms to elevate their client's experience while continuing to run their business efficiently and profitably.
