Serge installed my home automation system a couple of years ago. From the moment I met him, he never said “no.....that is not possible” , instead he took a minute and then said “ let me research it overnight and get back to you”. He eventually designed a custom system for all my crazy requests. He has maintained my system ever since. I have him come back pretty regularly as when there is a new gadget released, I message him to see if it would work with my system, and if it does, I usually have him install it. There is nothing Serge can’t do in automation or home theatre.

Bill and Serge are the best. They do amazing work...beyond thorough, perfectionists... I can't say enough wonderful things about them... If you have a problem, they come up with the solution. They have done my apt in Manhattan, and our weekend house in Long Island. It is a joy to work with them - can't say enough nice things about them.

Our experience with 5163CO Custom Home Theater & Home Automation Specialist was excellent. They are friendly, and responsive to our inquiries. They helped us understand the process and equipment needed without making us feel inadequate about our knowledge in this area. They communicated effectively, were prompt, efficient and their installers were excellent! Their rates where reasonable AND they handled ordering the necessary equipment. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!

Kommenteret: Sound barThis is 2 channel soundbar - similar to Samsung HW-F355 but much older model. This project was done in 2011.
