Om os

Welcome! my name is David Warwicker, I am a fully qualified and experienced builder based in South East London. I am a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, City and Guilds qualified and have served a CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) approved carpentry apprenticeship I also have full public liability insurance and am able to provide references upon request. After many years of experience on my own and after many satisfied customers, I have expanded my company and and put together a very hard working, and professional team aiming to produce the highest quality work as possible. With this, I have also expanded the areas I cover such as central London, greater London, the complete south, south east and south west of London.

We have hired David and his team on more than one occasion in the last three years, for works ranging from a full home refurbishment with replacement roof, to more minor carpentry and damp-remedial jobs. He and his team devote the same attention to detail to the small jobs as to the large, and have displayed innovative thinking when providing solutions to problems as they arise. We have also been very satisfied with their transparency and frequency of communication and ability to stick close to quote - no nasty surprises, and any changes to scope of work discussed in advance. We remain happy customers and will certainly be hiring them again.

I had a small carpentry job to be done in my flat and David and his colleague did an excellent job of this. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the flat was immaculate when they finished. If I need any other work done, David would be my first call and I'm happy to recommend him.

David and his team renovated our clinic, built stud walls, knocked through brick walls, plumbed in sinks, fitted doors, moved radiators and our reception desk all while we were still operational! The quality of the finish is excellent from door handles to door closing to paint job. David was charming, efficient and came in on budget. He advised on building regulations regarding lintels and knocking through walls, recommended cost effective solutions to sound proofing, water flow from multiple sources from the perspective of adequate drainage.
