I used Acclaim Home Services to build two retaining walls and consulted on some other future hardscaping work; while I hate spending money I definitely love the results and it was well worth it... Details of experience: Initial scheduling and response from Toney was quick. He’s knowledgeable and detailed oriented; he even had suggestions that improved the overall results. All questions...and I had and generally have lots of them...were quickly answered. The work was scheduled in an acceptable amount of time. All personnel that worked onsite were respectful, hard working, customer focused and their wasn’t disconnect between the work scope and the work performed. The quality of work was high and any concerns/questions were promptly addressed by the onsite lead, Rey. Acclaim was also reasonable to the mild changes to work scope. The overall estimated days of work was accurate. Would and have already recommended them. I plan on using them for other projects as well as design services for my untouched backyard.

We were extremely pleased with the new deck that Acclaim installed. While we had some initial delays due to weather, they were able to tear down our old deck and install the new in five days. The quality of the work from a homeowner's point of view is excellent. The county inspector was very complimentary of the craftsmanship. Toney kept us informed throughout the process and answered all questions we had along the way. The deck team was courteous and professional. We were also impressed with the cleanup after the deck was completed.

I needed my Fence repaired after high winds blew several panels onto the ground. Acclaim responded within minutes of me submitting my request to Home advisors. I was able to send pictures of the damage to Acclaim and they sent me a quote and set a next day repair schedule within an hour. They came when scheduled and did as very professional job. I was more then pleased with the whole process.

Awesome contractor. Detailed oriented and extremely professional. Follow up is commendable as most contractors don’t respond in a timely manner. My new bathroom is simply FABULOUS!!! Will certainly leverage his services again.

Had a small project and a minor emergency. Toney was extremely responsive and fair in his quote. Both Toney and Ray (who performed the work) were thoroughly professional, on time and efficient. Very happy with service - recommended!!

We are very happy with the work Toney's team did at our home. They did a great job replacing a portion of our back fence that was leaning considerably. They also installed a new window well extension, regraded our front yard so the water can roll away from the foundation, and installed a new drainage system that will bring the water away from our foundation and fence as well. Toney responds quickly to calls/emails and communications were great with the whole team. We're very happy with their work and will definitely use their services again.

Not being originally from this area can really impact your ability to find quality help, or even know where to look! I am thankful to have found Acclaim Home Services. The men were professional, did quality, affordable work and in a timely manner. I had my house and deck power washed, and it looks like new! They also stained my deck, removed leaves, and landscaped my yard all within a few days of my initial inquiry. For the inside of my house, I have recently inquired about changing tile in my kitchen and bathroom. Toney and his crew have been helpful and responsive. Knowing their quality work and fair prices, this next project is in the works. I know as soon as I set the time frame, The Acclaim Home Services will get it done, efficiently and quickly! As always, Acclaim Services went above and beyond my expectations and I will continue to use their services and recommend everyone to do the same!

Working with Toney Mooney and his diligent, reliable team of employees at Acclaim Home Services is what we all want when dealing with a home services company. Toney is professional, responsive and fair. He employs a dedicated team of workers who give it their all. I recently contacted Toney for follow-up leaf removal on my two acre wooded lot. It was a major job. I knew one job was ahead of mine. The Acclaim team showed up at my house Friday, December 8 at 8:15 am. They immediately got to work. I was in an out of the house during the day. Every member of the team was always working. I do not know if they ever took a break. It was clear that they were doing whatever it took to remove all my leaves from everywhere on my roof and lawn before the Saturday snow would arrive. I left my home at 6 pm and the guys were working with the same amount of energy they showed up with 10 hours earlier. They probably worked 2 hours in the dark to finish. I was personally so proud of them. It is not often you see people work this hard for you. I cannot say enough about the job that they did. Thank you Acclaim Home Services! I will add photos the next time that I am home in the sunlight.

Toney made the process extremely simple. He was upfront with the price and did not try to surprise me with any charges and also did not try to use any high pressure sales tactics. We had some minor hiccups but he made sure that everything was taken care of.
