We 'Project Manage' small to medium sized residential projects such as new homes, town houses and home units, as well as land subdivisions. We take projects through from the initial conceptual stage, through design and feasibility, civil works, building construction, DA Council compliance, plan sealing and new titles registration - a total 'one stop shop' - all on behalf of our clients of which there have been many over the years - if you have an idea we'll advance them to a plan and then a completed project. I first used the services of this company several years ago on a 5 block subdivision, using them to project managed the job approximately saved me around $250,000 in costs and a year in time. I have been using them ever since including another current 2 block subdivision, a 2 block subdivision that we have just completed as well as a couple of major certification projects in residential and commercial properties I have. Jacon Parry of SCM Projects has been instrumental in the success of my projects and would highly recommend him and the team to get your job done. Over the many projects we have come across some large obstacles but each time the guys work their way through to a solution and onwards we go. I am currently looking for more projects as I know I have the team behind me to see anything I put in front of them through.

When faced with the daunting task of subdividing our block, we had no idea how to go about it and the process. Jacon and his team provided a simple process and kept me in touch. They knew who to contact and even introduced us to our builder. If there was ever a problem, a phone call later and it was sorted.
