I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle/Adams Kirby as our builder for our new home and was very impressed with the exceptional quality and project management skills she brought to the table. Michelle's professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were awesome from start to finish. One of the most striking aspects is the overall quality of our home. From the foundation to every meticulously crafted detail, it is evident that Michelle holds herself and her team to the highest standards. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Also, Michelle's strong communication skills were evident throughout the entire process. She kept us well informed at every stage, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that we were always on the same page. Her ability to manage customer expectations sets her apart from the rest. Probably the most challenging task in any build is managing the many subcontractors required to complete a project. It is clear that Michelle has built strong professional relationships within the industry over the years because she assembled a highly skilled team to work on our project. This is particularly impressive given that the building industry was still recovering from the impact of the pandemic while our home was being built. Michelle also did a great job managing the budget. Her planning and cost control measures ensured that the project stayed within the agreed-upon budget without compromising on quality or design. Perhaps most impressively, Michelle brought our project to completion on time. She demonstrated exceptional project management skills, and her ability to foresee and proactively address potential roadblocks was instrumental in maintaining the project's momentum. I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle as a builder for anyone seeking a home of outstanding quality. Her attention to detail, excellent communication, budget management, and ability to deliver on time truly set her apart. Working with Michelle was an absolute pleasure.

Working with Adams Kirby has been an absolute delight. I do not have one single negative complaint. Michelle is amazing. She is professional, detail oriented, and organized. From incorporating in a secret door to led lights in the shower, she has made my dream become reality.. My husband and I are so happy with the results. We highly recommend!

Adams/Kirby built our new home about three years ago. Not only did they execute our unique plan just as we had envisioned it, but they suggested and implemented many enhancements that are typical of their homes. We can truly say that building with Adams/Kirby was a very satisfying experience. We have experienced NO problems and continue to enjoy the excellent quality of their craftsmanship. We have continued to maintain good relationships with several of the subcontractors used during construction and have found them to be most accommodating when we have contacted them for minor repairs or new enhancements we have wanted done. We would recommend Adams/Kirby without reservation if you want a home you can be proud of at a reasonable price.
