absolutely no comunication from builder // NO WARRENTY //DID NOT COMPLETE JOB// NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BUSINNESS //CHARGE WHAT THEY WANT //2ND TIME AND THROW ME A BILL OF $7000 bucks // not recommended until they LEARN TO COMMUNICATE

Jim, first of all you are not even the owner of the home. We called/emailed/and have an automated appointment reminder for appointments. We arrived for our estimate the day we were supposed to, you approved the quote, and we arrived for the job the day we were supposed to. On March 21st, we started the job and there were a couple of posts that were not set right because you weren't home. I said no worries its an easy fix when we spoke on the 22nd. We scheduled a time to come out when you would be home. Then on the 25th you said so not come back on your property or you would take us to court. I then spoke with the true owner of the home and on April 11th you wanted to add more work to the fence we were installing. On April 14th you again threatened lawyer talk but on April 20th said please come back anytime and finish fence.

Jim look over this via our text message and maybe look from the other shoe to see how this would feel. A lot of things could have went a lot smoother. It also took over 2 months for payment of the fence.

I am Larry on So. 315th St in Federal Way. I just had a panel fence built between me and our neighbor this week by All American. Your welcome to come by and see for yourself the fantastic job they did. The work, was 10 star and the fence reflects that in every way. Jose the builder worked 10 hours in very cold temps. and rain the first day, clearing the debris, (ivy and 50 year old cedar fence) out and setting the posts. He finished the last of the job after dark, using a headlamp, which to me is unheard of. I am over 80, have worked heavy construction all my working years and have never witnessed any one that worked as hard as Jose did for me and American. He completed the fence in the second day after letting the post set for one day. I of course do not know of all and every fencing contractor in the region, but I do know that you can not do any better at any price than All American Fencing. In fact the bid price surprised me and in doing so I contracted for the next step up in design. I recommend All American strongly, you just can not go wrong with this company.

Richard and his team did a great job on our horizontal fence. I wanted something more modern to go with our new home and didn't want a traditional fence. He was able to do a more interesting design at a lower cost than competitors. Job was completed when he said it would be.

Owning a Tree Service my employees have broken there fair share of fences over the years. All American Fencing has always been there for me. They are fast, efficient, and great guys to deal with. Thanks for always being there for me!

Richard and his crew did some great work! I received 3 estimates from different companies and choose to go with All American Fencing. Richard took a lot of time to make sure I was satisfied with the design of the fence and Jimmy installed it perfectly to the unique design I had chosen.
