Communication was definitely not her strong point. We paid for install which she ended up not doing on the curtain rods, she failed to understand what we were looking for in design and furniture choices. The end result has not been the best with a number of her picks already needing replacing.

Before purchasing and implementing any design it is our practice to have every client physically sign off on budgets, services provided, digital renderings of the design and approve the final design and furniture selections so that we know the customer is happy with the design and final selections before any purchases are made. In the case a customer wants something revised we work with each customer and make new selections and revisions until they are 100% satisfied and give approval to move forward.

Given this review is anonymous, we can't reach out to you directly. As far as we are aware, all of our customers have been happy with our services. We hired Andrea from Andrea West Design to do a E-Design service for our new build. She designed our Exterior of our new home, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Entry way, Master Bathroom, Hall Bathroom, Half Bathroom, Mudroom, and Laundry room. She was so great to work with. She really listened to what my style was and what I was going for as a design. Everything turned out absolutely perfect! We love every little detail. We get complements all the time on our home. Andrea is so patient and kind. She listens and takes in cost consideration to make sure she gets you the best design quality with the budget you give her to work with. If you are looking for a remodel design or new build design, or even full service design, she is your girl. Absolutely loved working with her and we look forward to future design projects of our home with her.

We did a full remodel of our upstairs living space (kitchen, living, office & master) through Andrea West Design. Andrea and her team were able to capture the style we had envisioned and create a beautiful design complete with furnishings that we could never have imagined would be our home! She was very knowledgeable and conscientious of making sure we were happy with the design and all of the furnishings, right down to the smallest detail, while keeping within our budget.

She designed our living, family and dining rooms. She was excellent at pulling together all of my favorite things. Not only did Andrea make my home beautiful, I now have a beautiful new friend!

We are so excited Andrea did amazing job she designed our living room, dining room and entryway. She listened to every detail I want for our home. At first we want to do a modern style and I call her that I changed my style to modern farm home and she right way stated working on a new design. She really good staying in budget. Plus I live in Texas and Andrea west is located in Utah. She was really good staying in communication with me every step in the design of our home. We were so happy with the results we hired her again to do our son room and restroom. I recommend her 100% Thanks Andrea west

I have had many people compliment me on how beautiful my home looks. I get asked all the time- Who did your design? Where did you get your furniture? What paint color is this? It looks so good. Of course I am happy to recommend Andrea West Design.

She was very professional to some in and give us an hour appt to come and give us some idea for finishing our basement. Very kind and professional. Her follow up email was lost in servers sadly but once received it was amazing with ideas and details and very well done. She has been very good to provide any examples of work we have asked.

Hi Corey! Emails can often time get lost in the server or junk mail, especially if it is a larger email. We have lots of clients and make it a priority to respond within a 4-hour time-frame, and we always welcome a phone call or even a text for a quicker response.

Andrea designed our entry and living room and it has never looked more inviting. We have been so pleased with the results and I have to admit we tend to get involved with independent businesses with some doubt in the beginning but she really did a great job and was so easy to work with. Very fun, very talented young lady and a reasonable price! We definitely recomend her to anyone looking for a designer!

Though we had a small and limited budget, Andrea was able to meet and exceed our every expectation of what our home could look and feel like. She turned a small dark and cramped home into an inviting bungalow/cottage feel with splashes of modern styling. Due to her design eye and willingness to keep a tight budget we were able to transform our entire home with less than $6,000. This included renovating our kitchen, and redesigning the laundry room, guest bathroom, living room, home office, master bedroom and bathroom as well as sprucing up the front curb appeal of our home.
