As a result of the practice’s architectural background a large portion of our activity is architectural and building related. We have been involved with the design and administration of numerous projects to completion. We also have a wide range of experience in the general surveying disciplines appropriate to the condition of property information gathered from which we feed back into our new work. We bought a 250 year old house that required ground up rebuild and additions to bring it into the 21st century but retain its charcter and charm. Andrew drew up all plans and prepared detailed schedule which made obtaining building quotes a doddle. We now have a perfect home to enjoy. Thanks Andrew and team.

I have employed Andrew on 2 projects, the first being the major conversion of a textile mill into 9 houses with an additional 4 new build during 2006 - 2007. I found he made excellent use of the space available with imaginative designs for both inside and outside the properties. He liaised with planning officers and building contractors coming up with practical solutions when needed and zealously ensuring the budget was not exceeded. The second project was a derelict property which was converted into a small house in 2010.
