I have been using appliance doctor for many years. Every time I find that the staff is curtious, appts are timely, the technicians are knowledgable. If my appliance is not under warranty, it is Appliance Doctor that I call. They have resurrected my refrigerator. It had a pan replaced and a motor also replaced. I keep going back.

I appreciated that the service man came within the time stated that he would be here. He was helpful in showing me some basic maintenance I could do myself to help my appliance and he explained things in a manner in witch I could understand him. He was curtious and I appreciated his honesty.
