I have worked with Adam Graham, the owner of Arroyo Seco, and his crews on multiple projects and I wholeheartedly recommend Arroyo Seco as the finest landscape construction company in Santa Barbara. As a landscape designer, I work with a variety of fine landscape contractors, and Arroyo Seco's professionalism and quality of workmanship is unparalleled. Whether it's masonry, carpentry, tile work, irrigation, or sourcing specialized plants, I always know that Arroyo Seco is going to deliver the very best product. The crews arrive on time, are hard-working and courteous and leave the jobsite sparkling clean. Arroyo Seco consistently meets deadlines and stays within budgets. Adam's depth of knowledge is an asset to every project, including his horticultural expertise which is rare for a contractor. He has taught for many year in the Horticulture program at Santa Barbara City College. I always know my clients are in excellent hands with Adam and that my landscapes will will be installed correctly and will shine for the long-term.

We have worked with many contractors over the years and when we found Adam and Arroyo Seco we never thought of using any else. We have worked with Adam and his company on probably a dozen jobs if not more. Everything from landscaping to resurfacing our pool to building ponds or anything else we need. No matter how big or small or what style you have in mind, he will has consistently given us the picture we had of what we wanted. With his experience, insights and creativity, he is more than your average contractor. His crews are professional, hardworking and at the end of each day, the site is clean. We could not and would not refer any one else.

My husband and I completely remodeled a house that we bought in Santa Barbara. As part of the remodel the City required that we create a new driveway with pavers and that we change the landscaping to water wise plants. Wyllis Heaton our landscaper designed new pavers and new flower beds (out of stone left over from construction) and he planted water wise plants. Since we had an extra lot it was a big project. Everything he designed looks incredibly beautiful. We love our garden and so do our neighbors. Many have stopped by and asked us which company we had hired for our new driveway and also our garden. We have recommended Arroyo Seco many times and give them 5 stars.

Arroyo Seco Construction has worked with our community garden “Trinity Gardens” for three years; from the initial grounding breaking requiring clearing and prep of the property to installation of irrigation and fencing. We’ve been impressed with the efficiency and dedication to detail of their craftsmen. As the Garden has grown Arroyo Seco has come through for us, whether it was building a stone retaining wall to a custom three sink washing station we’ve always been able to rely on their quality of skill and professionalism.
