We would give 10 stars if we could. Cynthia and her team at ATS are wonderful! Not only they were super helpful in helping us selecting the tiles for our bathrooms and kitchen, but they also stuck with us when we ran into a few small issues. The tiles in the kitchen, while looking the same in the box, looked heterogenous on the wall. Cynthia got us reimbursed by the tile manufacturer, and found us quickly replacement tiles and also recommended Pablo, who installed the tiles over the week-end. Our project could finish on time and on budget, and the result looks amazing! Thank you Cynthia! If you need tiles, go to ATS, dont go anywhere else!!

If you are ready to re-tile a bathroom (or another room), I highly recommend going to Artistic Tile & Stone. The showroom is very inviting and the selection of tile is wonderful. I really enjoyed working with Norine. She carefully listened to what I liked and didn't like, offered several suggestions and was just a delight to work with. I can't wait to go back to AT&S when I'm ready to tackle another bathroom.

Love working with Cynthia! She has great inventory, great selections and her staff are all very helpful. Need Tile, it's a must to go there and tell them I recommended them to you.

Project: complete gut and remodel of home, needed tile for three bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, fireplace WOW! Cynthia and her team are amazing! I still can't believe how the tile work turned out. Cynthia help me select all the tile based on design preference and budget. She help to put together a cohesive design and theme throughout the house. LOVE LOVE everything and the house looks beautiful thanks to Artistic Tile. There was an issue with one tile design where the manual cutting made it challenging to perfectly align them on the wall. Cynthia came up with an alternate design that was perfect, while still maintaining the "wow" factor. Cynthia and her team pulled together samples for me to take for other design aspects (paint, furniture, etc). This was so helpful!!! Everyone at AT were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with!!! I would highly recommend Artistic Tile.

Enjoyed the consultation process and great designer advice. Samples and variety of tile was phenomenal. Hands down would return here for next house!

Cynthia and her team are true professionals who truly love what they do and enjoy interacting with their clients. I had a difficult situation with my kitchen backsplash and the team worked with me by listening to what I wanted, educating me and providing me with untold number of samples to bring home. AT&S has a wide selection which provides us with options for any project. I can't thank Cynthia and her entire team enough for their guidance. Truly a gem of a shop!

I would give 0 stars for customer service if possible. In this day and age, we go to a store for the professional advice and customer service, otherwise we could just shop online for cheaper! When we placed an order that was 12x too large (our contractor forgot to divide by inches to get feet), the sales person never mentioned that this would be a ridiculous amount of tile for a single shower floor. After we caught the mistake, they refused to share any responsibility, want to charge 40% restocking fee, and give us the refund in store credit. Who wants credit from a store that is too expensive with unethical sales people? Bad advice- be careful what you order here. Best advice- DON"T SHOP HERE

Hi Cody,

We apologize again that you feel as if we made a mistake with your order. As you stated your contractor made the mistake. Why blame us? The quantity ordered is not unheard of for a bathroom. It was NEVER brought to our attention that you were only tiling a shower floor. We were under the impression that this was being used for a bathroom remodel, and the quantity ordered for a bathroom would not raise any red flags at all.

Your wife who purchased the material gave us the quantity needed based upon what your Contractor told her. We did not come to your home and take any measurements. That is why we rely on you or your Contractor to provide them. We went over our return policy and that was also signed off and acknowledged that it was Special Order and cannot be returned or cancelled, yet we still tried to help you and make an exception for return. It is also not mentioned in your review the urgency for the material and how quickly we were able to get that in for you, only after it had arrived was the quantity questioned by you.

The 30% restock fee is a fee that we were charged from the factory and we pass that on to you since we did not make a mistake in providing incorrect quantities. I apologize that you are unhappy with your experience with us. We feel we are doing as much as possible to work with you while keeping in mind that we did not make a mistake here. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything else.

Cynthia is a gem She's a great listener and will turn your dreams into reality. My bathroom remodel is amazing because of the tile she helped me pick out. She even drew a picture for my architect and contractor so they could see the vision. Prices are very fair and the service and selection is unmatched. Five stars all the way!!!

Kommenteret: what kind of tiles are on the wall and shower?This is a unique project The quarry only offered the stone in 12x24 size. The 12x24 tiles were then cut to custom sizes for this project using waterjet technology.
