Averil and the team offer a full range of interior design services and are happy to get involved in projects of all scales, from designing a specific piece of furniture or refurbishing a single room to renovating an entire home. There are many ways in which we can work, from consultancy and specifying to designing and supplying the furnishings for an entire property. Averil is used to collaborating with architects and working alongside planning advisors, builders and a whole range of services. We have an array of people we have worked with in the past, so are happy to advise clients on any other professions that we feel would be an asset to the team working on a project, from planning consultants to audio-visual specialists to specialist decorators and many more. We always love working with Averil Blundell. Working on the Children's Bedroom project in York gave us the perfect opportunity to use a combination of colours within our 4-drop chandelier to compliment Averil's bright and playful colour scheme.

We have recently had the pleasure of working with Averil and the team. The project was to re-design three rooms of our home. Despite there being no structural changes to our property the rooms have been beautifully transformed to meet our brief. Mood boards were presented to us which helped us to visualise the designs prior to the work starting. We are so happy with the designs and would recommend Averil.

Lizzie Knowles

Averil was heavily involved in the development of West Acre and has created beautiful schemes that incorporate and compliment the building’s character. We get lots of the compliments on the interiors. The whole project was a pleasure to work on. Averil’s professionalism and knowledge led to a smooth transition from old to new.

Mark Roberts

Having inherited some rather dated interiors from the property’s previous owners Averil has successfully modernised the house with smart, timeless style that won’t date. Averil was involved in our project from the beginning and worked closely with the architect and the rest of the team to create a great end result, we would highly recommend her.

Chris Blundell

Averil has worked on several areas of our home over the past few years and has created schemes that are up to date but in keeping with the property’s listed character. Averil is easy to work with and understands how we live and how we use our home which we feel has contributed to the success of her work. Averil has always been sympathetic to us continuing to live in the house whenever work has been ongoing and worked hard to minimise disruption. We look forward to continuing to work with Averil.
