My experience with Naddours was pretty good, but did leave me disappointed. For starters, they like you to come to their warehouse to see their projects before they quote you on your project. Some people might appreciate that, however with our super busy schedules, I would have preferred to skip that step. Once we accepted the quote we paid in full, definitely more money than their competitors, but I wanted our project done right and I felt paying the extra amount would help secure that. After fabrication, getting the date for install was a chore, I had to call repeatedly over the course of a month to get someone to call me and put us on the calendar for install. Installation day, yay, our stair railing is looking good, but it’s starting to get late and I see them rushing to complete the job. Problem is, the paint they finished the railing with was not put on evenly and the entire railing finish looks like dirty sticky hand prints. I called to have someone come back and fix the paint- and the response they gave was- we just prime it, we don’t supply a finished piece. Odd because, the beautiful finish was the biggest point you made when we went to the showroom…. I guess that’s just sales.

After speaking with our team here, I have learned more about your project. It is my understanding that this project was a repair of some work that you had done previously with another company. Typically we do not repair this type of work but we decided to make an exception for you because the work that you had received was terrible. We also moved your installation and repair considerably ahead of other projects in order to help you.
I apologize that you did not have a good experience at our showroom and shop. We want our clients to visit us here so we can discuss the project in detail and provide all the options available. Please remember that the quality of the produts you viewed here were OUR products created from scratch and the finishes look better on OUR products as opposed to the repair we did on your products.
You stated in your review that the "the paint they finished the railing with was not put on evenly and the entire railing finish looks like dirty sticky hand prints." but we were never contracted to "paint" your staircase, we were only contracted to "primer" your staircase as you told us that you had someone that was going to paint it. (please review our contract which states clearly "primer only").

Tony is the consummate master of his profession. He knows what he can and can NOT do for the customer. I interviewed 7 different company's to install my iron railings, Tony was the only one who gave me the confidence he would able to deliver my high expectations. He made my image come alive and exudes confidence the job would be done right...! Baltic Irons team were all 'expert' in their specialty in design, fabrication, craftmenship and installation... right down to the final touch of countersinking each mounting bolt and filling each hole as well, even painting them so the finished product is seamless... AMAZING attention to detail... I only wish I had more areas in my home that would benefit from their artisan craftsmanship...!!! We have recommend Tony and Baltic Iron to everyone we know...

I was lucky enough to find this company via the internet and couldn't be more happy. From beginning to end they not only provided me insight as to my needs but were willing to work with me as far as budget and time. Amazing work! I couldn't be happier with my door. They have been so professional and have offered amazing customer service. It's so rare to find such great customer service lately. They drove all the way out to Chino Hills to take my measurements. They delivered and installed my door as promised. And it's beautiful. The door has upgraded the look of my house.
