Sampson Exteriors was the easiest contractor I've ever worked with. Their workmanship was top notch, and they were in constant communications. We had delays due to weather and other unforeseen issues, but Sampson always got the work done at great prices

We used Sampson Exteriors to replace our roof. They did an excellent job meeting with us to consult on our roofing needs, some alternate ideas that we had, as well as answered the many questions that came up ahead of time and along the way. We were able to get several sample boards well ahead of time to view at different times of the day to help us choose our color shingle. Additionally Bart helped us to choose a custom metal roof solution that is over our front porch area. Bart and his crew were extremely professional from our consult, to the delivery of supplies, to the installation of our shingles and metal roof, all the way through to the clean up after the project was finished. Very friendly too! Extreme effort was made at the close of the project to be sure all materials were cleaned up including a roller to pick that collected any nails that had fallen during removal/installation. Bart was on location to oversee the project which was a huge plus for us as we had previously worked with a company on other big renovations that did not include this service. We are extremely pleased with the service and quality of work provided by Bart and Sampson Exteriors. We would definitely recommend them and use them again! Super nice people, professional, hard working, take a lot of pride in their service and work...a job well done!

We had damage to our roof from the hail storm. Sampson Exteriors did an excellent job of educating me on how this damage happens, how you can tell if you have damage and the lasting impact of not addressing this damage in the long run. In addition, they worked with me and my insurance company to get this fixed. They did an excellent job, went above and beyond what was required to complete the job and did this at an excellent price. I was so pleased with this company and would highly recommend you using them.
