Bayswater Construction is a professional, multi-disciplinary, ‘design and build’ construction company working throughout the UK but predominantly within the London ‘commuter belt’. Our focus is on producing high quality, customer-driven work. We find the best way to consistently deliver this is to be involved right from design stage through to completion and after-sales care. An experienced RIBA Chartered Architect is always part of the team and works alongside our contract managers to ensure that the design aspirations of our clients are met, along with budget and programme expectations. Our typical project has a contract value is in excess of £500,000. We have a great interest in conservation work as well as new build (as you can see from some of our online projects).
