Shelly was so helpful in getting a carpet in the masterbedroom in a hurry and on budget. I hadn't planned to carpet that room this year so I was very restricted in what I could do. Shelly looked through everything with me and helped me make a great choice. She expedited my order so that I could get the carpet installed before my guest came to stay. I couldn't be happier and can't wait to do the rest of the house!

We recently worked with Shelly at Bloomington Carpet One and had a great experience. Shelly was professional, knowledgeable and provided good suggestions and samples. This is the second time we have used Carpet One. From the beginning in the showroom we were listened to and helped to choose the right carpet for our area at a reasonable price. All of the steps (measurements, ordering, installing) were done in a timely manner as promised. We highly recommend Carpet One and will definitely use this company again for our flooring needs.

We called them with an urgent last minute need for carpet. They were able to come out measure and install carpet in just a week or so. They did a great job and we would definitely use Carpet One in Bloomington again!

Bret is great to work with. I have used him when I worked at an apartment complex and now in my real estate business. My brother needed new carpet before he listed his house and they were able to come out the next day to install and they were less expensive then the big box names and much easier to work with. Great vendor!
