6 stars if they would allow it! I have been using Beer Architectural Group for all of our commercial and residential building projects for the last 15 years, ranging from new construction to renovations to additions. I could not be happier with the level of service, expertise and pride that Jeff, Mark, Andy and the rest of their team bring to every detail of the work. From the first planning session to the ribbon cutting, they are right there with us making sure our vision comes to life through thoughtful design, innovative material selection and a deep knowledge of architectural code. They come with my highest recommendation possible.

Casey and Mike Beneduce

Jeff is an extremely talented architect, but most importantly, he is the easiest person anyone could want to work with. He listens to his customers, comes up with novel ideas and does professional work that towns are pleased to endorse. He helped us with a large renovation to our home years ago, and we are considering only him for additional work we may do in the near future.

Jeff Beer has been great to work on for a custom home project that literally started with a blank sheet of paper paired up with a wish list of items to include in a new home. From general design concepts, to actual layouts, to going far enough down the road to get build budgets, to finally a permit set, and more importantly to stay with the construction process to ensure everything remained coordinated with the original vision to project's end.

Hired Jeff Beer to design and prepare plans to construct a new 3,800 SF residence on a barrier island in New Jersey. Structure need to be elevated without looking like one of those Carolina houses up in the air on stilts. Feel free to drive by and check it out. Lots of compliments.

As an Architectural Representative for a major window manufacturer, I have worked with the Beer Architectural Group for nearly 20 years. Their level of service and attention to detail are what make them stand out among other firms. Specifically, they would bring me in to collaborate on the windows and doors specified for a project. We would review product performance values, and compliance. I would provide demonstrations, samples, selections, and pricing. They are known having great relationships with the trades in the field.
