I have been a JM customer for years but am saying good bye. Their service is awful. They have missed 3 of the 4 last appointments I made (and prepaid for). They never called and never showed up in the three hour window of time they gave me (after receiving a confirming email and phone call that they would be there). They make the cable company look good, and that's a hard thing to so. So long JM.
