I received a few game room accessories from Billiard Factory and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am currently redoing a game room and will use be using Billiard Factory for the entire project.

Billiard factory came out and gave me a quote for theater seating and a pool table. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and spent time to make sure I understood everything and was happy with what I was going to receive. I did not end up going with the company because we decided to do something different in this area of the home, but would definitely go back if we changed our minds and decided to go through with the pool table.

The Billiard Factory came to our home to take pictures of our gorgeous Renaissance pool table which we had purchased from them a few years ago. Everyone involved in the photo session was very professional and it was actually a very fun and flattering experience. We love our Renaissance pool table and continually get compliments on it whenever anyone visits our home.
