BA Staging Interiors a fantastic company. We used them for staging our home and they were top notch from start to finish. Birgit and Leslie came to assess the house, take measurements, and talk through the process and ideas. We interviewed two other companies, but it was evident that BA Staging Interiors had the expertise and inventory to create a high end look at a similar price. We were in awe of how the staging came out. The layout of each room was amazing, and the proportions of the furniture, artwork and miscellaneous items matched perfectly. Karina was our point person, and she was always available and so pleasant. It was a very easy logistical process, which during a move is always welcome. One tremendous bonus was their exceptional photos. We did not need to hire a photographer, which also saved us money. I can confidently say that this staging probably increased the value of our home by about 10-20%, based on comparable homes and what price was recommended by our realtor to list it as prior to staging vs. after staging. I would highly recommend BA Staging Interiors.

I read about the marketing benefits associated with staging one's home prior to selling it I was skeptical. Some combination of pride and a strong emotional commitment to my sense of style were fighting my twenty years of C Level marketing with a Fortune 500 company. Reason and my own marketing experience ultimately won out as independent researchers had studied the impact staging can have on price, time to sale, and return on investment and there was...and is.... no question the benefits that accrue to a seller who invests in staging. I interviewed a large number of staging firms and found many to be self proclaimed experts who saw themselves as designers with no understanding of the value of what is today called " lifestyle merchandising " and the related notion of "target staging "....or essentially making your home look like what buyers are looking for in the here and now. I learned the wisdom of this approach to staging and merchandising one's home from Birgitte Anich, the founder and owner of ba staging & Interiors whose work I'd seen featured in HGTV, ABC, and in The New York Times. I met with BA and found her a pleasant but no nonsense right brain left brain design professional and expert staging professional whose credentials and awards speak for themselves. After reading her plan , I retained her firm. BA completely reimagined my home in Chappaqua for the young professional family who for BA was the target buyer. Did it work ? I received 8 offers in 10 days

We met Birgit when we were selling our Connecticut home back in 2011. She was immediately warm, friendly and extremely astute with her staging of our home. We sold from the Broker open house truthfully, but kept the public open house as planned. With less than a day on the market, we had a bidding war, and we were thrilled. With Birgit's help, we sold our house quickly in a difficult market. Her ideas were current, economical, and brought out the best in each room in our house. Birgit visited our house three times, making suggestions and arranging items. She is down-to-earth and alot of fun to work with. Because we had the time to do so, we chose to hire the contractors and buy the furniture and decor to implement Birgit's ideas. Her suggestions updated and modernized our house with an inviting and elegant look.

Birgit Anich is a master stager! During our initial meeting, she went through every room of our house, picking out the perfect color for each. Based on the photographs and measurements she took as she walked around, she came back two weeks later with a van full of furniture, artwork and knickknacks. When my husband and I saw the staging for the first time, we were awe-struck by how beautiful everything looked. We were also amazed at how large and inviting our house suddenly seemed. In one of our bedrooms, for instance, Birgit had placed the bed against a different wall than we had. The room now seemed twice as large. Likewise, in our kitchen she replaced our wood, rectangular table with a round, glass one. That room, too, suddenly felt much more spacious. Even the shape of the mirror she chose to go over our fireplace made us wonder why we hadn’t thought to do something similar. Making the decision to hire a stager isn’t an easy one for many people. For us, it was a leap of faith. Painting walls and renting furniture is expensive. But as soon as we saw the results, we knew we had made the right choice. As a matter of fact, we love Birgit’s work so much, we’re hoping to hire her to help us pull together our new place.

Birgit helped with the interior design of our new build house in Greenwich. She was available every step of the way and brought a fresh perspective. She helped with developing color palettes, tile designs, paint colors and some of the decisions around functionality and design. We continue to work with Birgit on furnishings for the house. We used BA staging & interiors company for staging our condo before sale. Birgit Anich gave us very informative and professional consultation first - spent plenty of time with us - looking at our space, measuring and giving advices. We almost moved to the new house by that time - what we had left did not look presentable. She turned it to absolutely gorgeous home. She also provided professional pictures highlighting the best aspects of interior, I wish I knew about this company before! We will definitely work with her on our new home interior project!
