The team specialises in plans for building regulations and planning approval on a wide variety of projects such as bespoke new homes, extensions and conversions. The team at Blueprint truly value the importance of getting to know you and how you live. Clients are always welcome to meet the team at our offices- rather fittingly, a stunning rural barn conversion. Every family is different and we love the challenge of exciting you with ideas you may not have thought of. Very professional from the start, helped us put during the initial consultation with ideas and works quickly on your plans, took the leg work on following through the plans with the council too, highly recommend this friendly and helpful company with knowledgeable staff, Quick in response to e-mails and questions all at a reasonable price

We used Blueprint to help us design a garage conversation with kitchen move. Unfortunately we decided to move house before we started the work. The team at Blueprint were brilliant from the start as we had no idea what to expect, they kept us calm and involved through the design process. They were always professional and always went above and beyond. We would certainly use them again.

Followed a recommendation when we kicked our project off. Blueprint were quick to visit and advise us. The design was drawn up and planning chased up. Detail mods were accommodated in helpful manner. Second phase being the working drawings showed it all "come to life". Good assistance with structural engineers has now brought us to the building contractor phase. Confidence in their support as we move on to implement.

Our projects have been varied in scale and style but Blueprint have proved themselves to be a team of specialists, capable of accommodating any brief. Most importantly, they're a gifted, friendly group of people that are easy to work with. We trust Blueprint with our scheme development, Planning Submissions and Listed Building Consent Applications. Currently using Blueprint for planning permission for alterations to a listed barn conversion and erection of an oak framed Garage. Kelly came up with some great ideas and the service has been excellent, communication is good and response to queries is fast and efficient. We were recommend Blueprint by a friend and would happily recommend their service.

I have been using the team at blueprint now for a few years and I have to say that I couldn’t be happier, as a local builder ‘ developer I carry out projects whereby customers have already instructed blueprint and I also recommend them to all of my clients, they are a great team of forward thinking like minded people who listen to the clients to get them the best from their property, I have been so impressed I instructed blueprint to carry out a survey and produce architects to realise the potential for my own home too. Great team and highly recommend them.
