Bonhambuilt International Design

If you are considering building or remodeling - I highly recommend that you call Nathan Bonham. We chose him to build our house in Roswell and if we ever build or renovate again, I would certainly hire him. He helped us every step of the way - from helping us find a tear-down in Historic Roswell - to designing our dream home - to choosing the myriad of things that a home takes. Building a home takes a lot of work and you want your builder to work along side just as hard and to offer guidance. Nathan does this. He kept our construction on schedule despite some very wet months. He built our house starting in October 2018 and completing it in May 2019. He offered design help from the planning stages and throughout construction. The knowledge that he has in design and construction shows as he can easily weigh the pros and cons of any design want or design change. He also guides you to stay within budget - which is key when building a home. He takes pride in his work and it shows as he is ALWAYS available to answer questions and to help with any surprises that come along during construction. We love our new home and though a lot of work, the whole experience has been very good - in large part this is because we chose Nathan and Cathy at Bonhambuilt International Design.

I can't say enough nice things about Nathan and Cathy at Bonhambuilt. They contracted a two phase renovation for me. Nathan was always on time for our appointments. Nathan gave me such good advice on color and design choices. They updated my floors, painted throughout, and did a major kitchen update. They updated a lot of electrical fixtures and made plumbing upgrades. They were very professional about alllowing me to add items as we went along and were always up front about the impacts to cost for changes I requested. My home is a now a dream come true! I would rehire them in the future for sure!

We hired Bonhambuilt Interanational Design after firing our custom home builder. They came in and finish the job in a timely and professional manner. Their subs were very good and completed the job satisfactorily. Nathan was excellent with communications, problem solving, project management and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Nathan and his company, Bonhambuilt International Design, to build a custom home or remodeling.

I hired Cathy & Nathan for a townhome renovation in Alpharetta, Ga. It was bought out of a foreclosure and thus we anticipated some surprises along the way. All went better than we expected and the project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. The townhome was leased for two years and then sold for a nice profit. I highly recommend BBI for their honesty and work ethic and hands-on approach. They are now building some beautiful custom homes as well as renovations in the metro Atlanta area.

My first renovation is now complete and I have the most beautiful master bathroom! It's even better than I imagined. Nathen listened to everything I wanted, provided his expertise and the absolute best subcontractors for every aspect of job. I will hire them all again when I'm ready to my next renovation.
