It was an enjoyable experience from the first meeting to the final walk-though. Chads knowledge an attention to detail far surpassed my all of expectations. I swear would have have though he was building a house for his mother. He really takes pride in his work and he is extremely good at what he does. There were no surprises at the end besides finishing the job early and on budget! He would always answer you call or call you back back within a couple of hours. He was patience with us and answered all of our questions. If you want an enjoyable experience with a very good product at the end Boykins Builders is where its at without a doubt

The subcontractors he secured did their work with excellence and in timely fashion. Chad was very responsive to any input we had.
