We did a complete remodel of our interior. Brad has a list of subcontractors he has been working with for years. Painting, flooring, carpeting, tile work, granite tops, quartz tops, and demo work was done in a timely fashion. The results were startling! From our first meeting to the day we received our certificate of occupancy (and even still today!), the lines of communication and transparency were always open. Brad introduced us to an architect and he worked closely with our designer (Jason Ball Interiors) to build our dream house. It has high ceilings, beautiful masonry, custom built wine closets, a 2 story great room and intricately detailed trim (not to mention a one of a kind master bath). This home is Street of Dreams quality and we could not have done it without the team of Skreen Construction, or architect, Dan Smith (DVS Design Associates) and Jason Ball Interiors. Our condo was flooded just before Christmas 2010. Damage was extensive and we needed professional help. Skreen Construction put our home back together, working through the holidays. Everything was finished by Jan 13th. We had been so discouraged by the water and mess but our place was better than before the flood; refreshed, remodled perfectly. We called Skreen because of the job he had done for friends; a total home reconstruction/rennovation. Skreen Construction turned a mid-century ranch with zero personality into a showcase home with unique touches, creative design, a blend of technical innovation and personal warmth. Brad had the most through approach to our whole house remodel. We spoke with three noted "Contractors". He came back several times with the different trades to get "firm bids" for the job. His "bid" was actually in the middle. The job took six months during whch time we lived in an apartment. We checked on things almost daily. He kept us informed and there were no surprises. I know there are horror stories out there but ours was quite pleasant .I am also a Real Estate Broker and have listed and Sold his homes four different times.He stands behind his work and always makes the Customer feel great. The price range of the homes he has Listed and Sold have been from 300k to 2 million. He is low key and professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Brad Skreen and team did a professional job from concept through installation. Brad has done a couple projects for us including re-building a very large deck. He was cost conscious...yet recommended solutions that would enhance the value of our home. His installers were punctual and courteous. The quality of the work was outstanding. Brad even voluntarily did a simple side project while on site and did not charge for his service in that area. That was not expected...but appreciated.

Project came in on time and on budget. Paid close attention to detail. House was better than we expected. Recommend highly.
